Company History
We've been in operation since 1978, starting as a partnership between Mike Skelton and John Carley. Our company was fully incorporated in 1979 with the state of Oregon. In 1981, Mr. Carley divested his portion of the business to move on to an opportunity with a large electronics manufacturer in California, and Mr. Skelton continued on as CEO and president, positions he retains today.
Mr. Skelton is a US Navy veteran (SEABEE) where he went to a Class A Naval Construction school where he was trained as a construction electrician. He has worked privately as an electrical contractor since 1971. He became a journeyman electrician in 1973 and a supervisor electrician in 1977.
